How much does it cost ?

Val Sauvage Clothing Delivery is free for every order above 70€ !

Otherwise, we have flat shipping rates:

– 5€ for France
– 8€ for Europe
– 12€ for the rest of the World

How long does it take ?

In contrary to the “fast fashion” industry, we only produce products for each individual order. It allows us to not overstock and reduce pollution. So, shipping times may vary from 5-10 days for European order, and 1-3 weeks for Worldwide order.

What if it doesn’t fit ?

We want you to be satisfied ! So we provide a 30 days back guarantee if the product doesn’t fit. See our return policy for more information.

Our return policy

Our return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have been passed since your buying, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange or a refund.

To obtain a refund, your article needs to be unused, and in the same condition as you received it. It needs to be in the original packing as well.

Some article cannot be refunded. These are:

– Gift cards
– Downloadable products

To make a return, you’ll need to give us a proof of buying (like a receipt).

Pleas don’t return it to the manufacturer.

Sometimes, you’ll have only a partial refund. These situations are driven by these facts:

– Open CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records which have been open.
– Every article which is not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts which are not due to one of our mistake.
– Every article which has been returned more than 30 days after the delivery.


Once we received and inspected the returned article, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. And we will give you our answer for your refund request.

If your request has been approved, then your refund will be treated, and your credit card (or any other payment method) will be credited in a few days.

Late refund

If you didn’t received your refund yet, just check your bank account again.

Then you can contact your bank service, because some delays may occur between the refund and the date it will be displayed.

We replace an article only if it is defective or damaged. If, in that case, you would want to exchange it for the same article, send us an email at contact@valsauvage.com and send your product back to this adress:

9 rue des Chevreuils, WOLFISHEIM, A, 67202, France.


If the returned article has been identified as a gift, then you’ll receive a gift card for the same amount of your return.

If your article is not identified as a gift, then, the original buyer will know that you returned the product as he will be refunded for the same amout of the return.

Expedition fees

To return a product, you need to send it by mail at:

9 rue des Chevreuils, WOLFISHEIM, A, 67202, France.

You’ll have to pay for expedition fees which are not refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the expedition fees from it.

Depending of the place you live, delays for the return may vary.

If your product costs more than 75€, you should consider a monitoring mail service or a mail insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive the product you returned.
