We sell Val Sauvage products exclusively on our Website, 7d/7, 24h/24. In addition to that, you can buy some Val Sauvage exclusive stuff in gigs, concerts and other local events. Check the tour dates to be aware.
How much are the shipping costs ?
The shipping costs are 5€ for the France, 8€ for Europe, 12€ for the rest of the world, and totally free for orders above 70€ !
How long does the delivery take ?
In contrary to “fast fashion” clothing brands, we produce our products for each individual order. It allows us to not overstock and reduce pollution (see our Environment page). As a result, shipping times may vary from 1-3 weeks for European order, and 2-3 weeks for Worldwide order.
Can you deliver in every country ?
Yes we do ! No restriction here.

Where are the care instructions ?

Where are the Val Sauvage products manufactured ?
It depends! For example, our organic cotton tshirts are manufactured in Bengladesh and embroided / printed in France, while our hemp tshirts are made in USA. See our Philosophy page for more information and follow our future developments to know what we plan to do in the next years !

What payment services do you accept ?
We provide payment by credit card with our secure services partners: Paypal and Stripe. The data you send to our partners are totally encrypted (SSL certified) and cannot be detected, intercepted, and used by third parties. Also, your data isn’t stored on our informatic systems, so we cannot access your bank information.
Which currency do you accept ?
We accept dollars and euros, depending of your location. If you pay with an international card, the payment will be automatically converted.
