Article 1 – Usage terms

All the way during your experience with us, these terms apply. We value transparency and these terms are important for what we expect from each others. Feel free to contact us if you need more information or some help via the customer service, we’ll be glad to hear from you!

Article 2 – About you

Our customers need to have the legal age in their respective country, have a credit or debit card we accept and be authorized to use the credit card.

Article 3 – Ordering & payment

To order a product, you should click on the picture or the name of the product, then choose a quantity, and click on “add to cart”. Then, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the cart symbol or the checkout link.

Once you ordered a product, you should receive a confirmation e-mail about it. We’ll accept your order once payment has been approved and credit card debited. The contract is based on these terms.

The payment can be made by credit cart only, thanks to the best secured partners we can have on the web: Stripe and Paypal. Every credit card number transactions are fully encrypted on the network and won’t never been memorized by our company.

For any other payment method, you can always ask us to make an exception.

You have a short period of time to cancel your order (in case of a mistaken action for example) before we send the product. These orders are subjects to availability and confirmation of the order price, but don’t worry, we’ll get in touch with you if a problem occur.

On very rare occasions, we may need to refuse or cancel an order and freeze an account in case we spot a suspicious activity about it. If you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offense and get in touch with you, we will be happy to enlighten the situation!

Article 4 – Prices & product descriptions

If we make a mistake in our prices (something that could happen somewhat), you’ll be informed as soon as possible, and you will have the possibility to cancel or reorder (at the correct price) your order.

If we can’t reach you, the order will be canceled. If you already paid us, you will get a full refund.

Our prices include VAT where applicable.

The delivery costs may be charged depending of the delivery address you choose. These costs will be clearly shown during the payment process and included into the ’Total checkout’.

We try to make products colors and description as close to the reality as it can be, and if a customer is not happy with our products, he can use the return service of the company to get a refund.

Also, each time a customer has completed a full payment for a product, Val Boreal Universe will transfer to the customer the right to own the product. This is automatic and doesn’t require any particular attention from the customer.

Article 5 – Modifications

Val Boreal Universe has the right to modify, delete or add anything on the website, without warning, including prices, products or services.

Article 6 – Delivery

We estimate delivery time depending on the delivery address. We work hard to deliver your orders as fast as possible, but some exceptional delays may happen (for example: in case of bad weather or postal logistic). In any case, you should be able to track your order from your account page, updated as fast as it can be.

As long as we stand against “fast fashion” industries, we only produce our products for each individual order, which allows us to not overstock and reduce pollution. So, shipping times may vary from 1-3 weeks for European order, and 2-3 weeks for Worldwide order.

Article 7 – Returns & refunds

At the Val Boreal Community, we wanna make returns as simple as possible. So if you changed your mind, the fit doesn’t suit you or for any other reason, you have 30 days to return the product, and it will be free of charges depending on the delivery country.

The only rule is that the item should still be in its original condition.

If we observe a suspicious activity (for example: countless of returned products for no reason), we reserve the right to refuse to accept any return from you). This is only to prevent abuse of any kind.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned article.

For any particular demand, just get in touch with us via our customer service.

No returns will be accepted over the 30 days period.

You should keep a proof of postage for preventing any postage problem.

Items with a hygiene seal which has been removed can’t be returned.

Be sure to send the products back in their original package and with care, because we won’t be able to refund a damaged item.

Article 8 – Customers codes

From time to time, to thank a customer for his commitment over the brand for example, we could give some special gifts via private and personal customers codes. If you have the benefit of one of this gift, keep it secret as it only belongs to you. We make a personal favor to you, so you should keep it for you.

Article 9 – Gift cards

In case you want to offer a gift cards to someone, be sure to have his/her e-mail written correctly. In case the card has been used by someone else, we won’t be able to do anything. Also check your spam if you didn’t received confirmation for the gift card payment.

Our gift cards expires 2 years from the date of receipt.

Article 10 – Your personal information

Check our Privacy Policy to know how we’ll use your information. In case it has change for you, be sure to update your information on your account so we can continue to provide our best service to you.

Val Boreal is not responsible for your social medias information and how they treat it, so be sure to read their policies too for being comfortable with how they use it.

Article 11 – Things you shouldn’t do

Any use or misuse of our website or product which is against the laws will be reported to the authority. Security is a high priority concern for us, but we cannot guarantee that we’ll never endure viruses attack, bugs, or data theft, as no one can do.

We recommand the use of a virus protection software on any website, including ours.

We also don’t allow automated software or systems to extract data from our website.

If you break the terms and conditions of our website, you’ll agree to indemnify, defend and hold any Val Boreal affiliate, employee, director, consultant, agent or officer from any and all third party claims, liability, damage and or cost due to use or misuse of our website/products.

Article 12 – Property

Val Boreal owns or have the permission to use intellectual property rights in its website. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Your are not allowed to use any of our website content for commercial use.

Your also not allowed to use any Val Boreal logo, trademark or brand without our express permission.

Article 13 – Linking

You can make a link to our website as long as it is not commercial, legal and it doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

Don’t make links in a way that suggests Val Boreal approval or endorsements where non exists.

In any case, contact us to be sure that’s it’s made in the best possible and profitable way for both of us.

We have the rights to modify or remove any part of our website or service at any time, including these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions and our dealings with you are subjects to the french law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the french courts.

Any conflict with the company will be resolved in France according to french laws.

If you share content about us with the hashtag #valboreal or #valborealmusic #valborealdesign #valborealclothing #valborealart, you agree we can handle and share this content on our websites or social medias we control, and we can edit this content.

You promise that you have everyone permission on the content and at least 16 years old.

If you or anyone in the content asks us to remove the content, we will remove it anywhere we can.

Please understand that other users can share your content too and we can’t control everything.
